Creamy Caramel filled Easter Eggs In Milk or Dark Chocolate

We will only accept returns on items that we make an error on with shipping. For instance, if you ordered 5 bags of milk chocolate pretzels, and we accidentally ship you dark chocolate, we will pay for the return of the product. If you order 5 bags of dark and you meant to buy milk, if you want to exchange, it would be at your costs. In both situations, the products need to return to us sealed! In the exact shape that we sent them to you. If products are opened, than we are sorry, we cannot accept a return or an exchange. This is for food safety guidelines.

We package your order will the utmost care to help ensure your items arrive in pristine shape, however, once they leave our shop, we cannot be held responsible for damage that may happen in the hands of the post office, Fed Ex, or UPS.  If this happens, please file an insurance claim with the usps.  We also cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service, weather, holiday delays or packages that may arrive after your scheduled delivery date.  Once we ship, your package is in their hands.  We have not had any issues in the past, but we must be clear with our policies.  Our products take a lot of work to make and we take pride in our products and our aim is for you to enjoy our hard work and come back for more!
